If you're not ready, you might just swim into trouble!

Ready to join our underwater league of champions? First, you'll need to meet the prerequisites – which, let's be honest, aren't too tough. Just make sure you're 18 or older, and provide us with a diving medical form completed within the last year. Easy, right?


But that's just the beginning. Our training program is jam-packed with all the gear and training you need to become a true sea hero. With Dive ISC and the Nationally accredited Cert III in Outdoor Leadership, you'll be fully equipped to take on any challenge the ocean throws your way.


We're not just talking classroom theory, either. You'll get hands-on training with real dives – at least 100 of them, including shore and boat excursions. And the best part?   • Instructor Prep Course (IPC)

    Our Instructor Prep Course (IPC) is the perfect way to prepare for your scuba diving instructor training. Our program is designed to help you build a solid foundation in scuba diving theory, techniques, and teaching methodologies. You'll work with experienced instructors and learn in a supportive environment that's tailored to your needs. By the end of the IPC, you'll have the knowledge and confidence to succeed in your Instructor Development Course (IDC) and beyond.

  • Instructor Development Course (IDC)

    Our Instructor Development Course (IDC) is the gateway to becoming a certified scuba diving instructor. During the IDC, you'll refine your diving skills, gain a deeper understanding of dive theory, and develop the ability to teach and evaluate others. Our experienced and knowledgeable instructors will provide you with the guidance and support you need to succeed. By the end of the IDC, you'll be ready to take the Instructor Exam (IE) and start your career as a dive instructor.

  • Instructor Exam (IE)

    The Instructor Exam (IE) is the final step in becoming a certified scuba diving instructor. It's a comprehensive test of your skills, knowledge, and teaching abilities, and passing the IE is a major milestone in your scuba diving career.

  • Cert IV in Outdoor Leadership

    Our Cert IV Certificate in Outdoor Leadership is mandatory in some jurisdictions for those who want to work as outdoor leaders or guides. This certification program provides you with the skills and knowledge you need to lead groups safely and effectively in outdoor environments, including scuba diving. Our program includes a range of modules on topics such as risk management, group dynamics, and environmental stewardship.   • PRO Instructor Program

    Our PRO Instructor Program is designed for certified scuba diving instructors who want to take their teaching to the next level. This program allows you to teach PRO Courses, Divemaster and above, which means you'll be able to train and certify other professional scuba divers. 


    Our program includes a range of advanced teaching techniques and methodologies, as well as specialized courses on topics such as technical diving and underwater photography. With our PRO Instructor Program, you'll be able to expand your career opportunities and make a lasting impact on the world of scuba diving.

We are one of the largest Dive Centres in the world, with over 53 years of experience. We will conduct your training, which will consist of 80% practical training with real students and divers using our own Dive Charter Vessel, Dive Centres, Service and Hire, and Air Fill and Compressors.

The Dive Centres operate 364 days a year, providing the flexibility to choose from many full-time and part-time schedules and timetables to start your Lifestyle Scuba Career Program every week of the year, except on Christmas Day.
